Walnut Table

Made from locally salvaged urban walnut. 

This isn't the exact tree that the table was made from. But there are many such black walnuts in the Portland metro area. The provide beauty, shade, wildlife habitat and heaps of delicious walnuts in the late summer. Urban Hardwood Recovery, salvages wood from down trees that would otherwise have been burned, chipped or taken to the dump.
